Shipping policy

This policy applies to the United States and explains how we process, ship and track your order. Please read it carefully before placing an order.

Shipping, Processing and Delivery Times

Order cut-off time: 6:00 PM (Eastern Time), Monday through Friday
Order processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
Orders placed before 6:00 PM (Eastern Time) on a business day are processed from that day; orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends or on US federal holidays are processed from the next business day.
Delivery time: 5–10 business days within the United States
Shipping costs: Free tracked shipping on all orders
Carrier: Depending on the product, supplier location and delivery address, orders may be shipped with USPS, local delivery partners or international shipping partners.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Tracking can take 1–3 days to update. You can follow your order on our Track Your Order page.

Delivery Delays and Lost Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 3 business days of the estimated delivery date, email us at info@junescopper.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier, and if a package is confirmed lost we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Multiple Packages

Some orders are shipped in separate packages, as items may come from different suppliers. If you order several products at once, they may not all arrive on the same day. The remainder of your order is usually delivered within 1–3 days.

Shipping Zone

We currently ship to the United States only.

Customs and Import Duties

You will never pay customs duties, import taxes or other fees on delivery. Any duties are covered by us, so the price you see at checkout is all you pay.
